Next week’s topic will be “Humility”

Friday Review: Happy Reading!

There are two main concepts to focus on when in search of peace. The first is perception of events and our reactions to them. The second is Flow, an activity where you are challenged yet at peace.

1.  How do you Flow?

  • Find the activity that challenges your skill set without conflict and you will find Flow therefore a sense of peace.

2.  Stop!

  • Finding peace is unique to each of us but it creates same results for all. Once you have found a personal sense of calm your outlook becomes increasingly positive and is projected in the way you perceive events and relationships.

3.  And Mindfulness.

  • To understand your thoughts and emotions, what they mean to you, and how you react to them takes practice. Learn to live in the moment and be mindful of your perceptions so that you can change them if needed and create a sense of calm in stressful situations.

4.  To get Through the Pain.

  • There are many types of meditative techniques used to promote inner peace. Find what works for you and begin your path toward new perspectives.

The Insight: Find the personal sense of calm that works for you, your beliefs, and your lifestyle. The physiological benefits of relaxation and meditation are proven to help manage the stresses of pain and our complex daily lives. Take time out of your day, everyday, for you an nurture peace in your life.

Have a wonderful weekend!
